PETER BATES

Peter has around 25 years experience in real estate and valuation matters. He has also practiced law, so has a sound understanding of legal case management priorities. His expert evidence has been adopted and relied on in numerous cases, including in the New Zealand High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as overseas courts.
